Biography
Ann Caruso is a top international celebrity stylist and fashion editor known for the iconic images she has created. Working in design at the American fashion house Ralph Lauren to her tenure at Vogue Magazine as a fashion and accessory editor. Ann has taken this knowledge as a fashion expert, to being a style, wellness, and beauty innovator, brand consultant, creative director, and influencer.
After leaving Vogue in the late ’90s, Ann built her brand as a high-profile celebrity stylist with her work appearing in editorial publications such as Vanity Fair, Tatler, Town & Country, InStyle, and Harper’s Bazaar, where Ann was a Contributing Fashion Editor for 16 years. In this role, she conceptualized ideas, styled, art directed, and oversaw the production of her shoots.
She has worked with clients such as Elizabeth Hurley, Oprah Winfrey, Naomi Watts, and Drew Barrymore. Ann was involved with one of the most talked-about Hollywood weddings when she styled George Clooney’s family.
As an innovator and influencer, Ann is featured in social media campaigns, national publications, blogs, and company websites. With a loyal and engaged following on social media and a reputation as an influential voice within the industry, Ann is able to partner with select fashion, beauty, and wellness brands that she believes in, to successfully increase their sales and exposure.
As a breast cancer activist and survivor, Ann works with brands to increase Breast Cancer awareness. Ann works with Estee Lauder Companies on the Breast Cancer Awareness Campaign dressing Global Ambassador for their Breast Cancer Campaign, Elizabeth Hurley for the month of October. Ann has been the guest speaker at the Breast Cancer Alliance Luncheon which raised over 1 million dollars, honored by Pink Aid in Long Island, as well as Susan G. Komen with the “Surviving With Impact Award” and was by Fashion Fights Cancer by The Miami Design District. Ann appeared in the Breast Cancer Research Foundation ad campaigns and is featured in the 25th Anniversary of the Pink Ribbon documentary film. She is also on the Advisory Panel for 5 Under 40 and the Style Board of Glam4Good.
Ann was a recipient of the Women Wear Stylist of the Year 2015 Award for the annual Daily Front Row Media Awards in Los Angeles. Ann is one of Vogue Magazine’s Vogue Vanguard which is a group of 125 selected influential women who continue to lead the way on the latest in fashion, politics, tech, and entertainment.
